4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically produced within 5-7 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and are beyond our control once the package is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or size exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
