Lost Your Files? We Can Help.

Flat-rate data recovery for SD cards, USB drives, and websites. No data, no fee.

Careful, image-first recovery

We treat every drive as if the data cannot be replaced. Before we recover anything, we make a full image of the drive so the original is never touched. That way, if anything goes wrong, we still have the source to work from.

We work on SD cards, USB flash drives, external hard drives, and internal laptop or desktop drives. For physically damaged hardware (clicking drives, dead controllers, water damage), we work with trusted forensic recovery partners and coordinate the whole project for you.

Three tiers, flat pricing

Every tier is a flat fee. No hourly rates, no surprise invoices.

From broken drive to recovered files

Simple, no surprises, no hidden steps.

Ship the drive
Package the drive carefully and ship it to us, or drop it off locally if you are in Connecticut. We confirm receipt by email.
We image and recover
We make a full image of the drive and run the recovery against the image, never against your original hardware. We run the scan, sort the results, and only keep the files you can actually open.
Get your files back
Recovered files are delivered on a new USB drive you can keep, or via a cloud transfer link if you prefer. We also format the original drive on request and ship it back to you.

Before you send us anything

What happens if you can't recover the files?

You don't pay. Consumer Media Recovery is a no data, no fee service. If we are unable to recover usable files from your drive, the Tier 1 fee is waived and you only cover the cost of shipping the drive back to you, if you want it returned.

Do you fix physically broken drives?

No. Clicking drives, dead controllers, water damage, and fire damage require a certified cleanroom and specialized hardware. We refer those cases to trusted forensic recovery partners and coordinate the project on your behalf. You get one point of contact, one invoice, and no surprises.

How long does it take?

Most consumer media recoveries finish in 3 to 7 business days from the day we receive the drive. Website recovery is usually 1 to 3 business days for existing clients. Physical and forensic referrals depend on the partner and the type of damage, typically 1 to 3 weeks.
